Carpenter/Robbins specializes in providing commercial real estate services to government clients throughout the United States. The firm was formed in 1998 and is headquartered forty minutes east of San Francisco, in San Ramon, California. We have 14 employees who provide services in 21 states and over 146 cities throughout the country. To date we have completed over 673 government assignments. Areas of emphasis include strategic planning and real estate consulting, transactional brokerage, build-to-suit development and Federal process management. The firm holds eight federal contracts and a GSA FABS schedule. Carpenter/Robbins is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

We have now completed hundreds of government assignments, both large and small, including leasing more than 7,450,000 square feet of space from Florida to California. We hold long term contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the General Services Administration, dozens of agencies including FBI, Secret Service, Internal Revenue and Social Security. In addition, Carpenter/Robbins has completed work for local municipalities, fire districts, school districts and even a ferryboat district. Our public sector clients have asked us to locate and coordinate build-to-suit office buildings (600,000 SF), medical centers (1,000,000 SF), and courthouses (400,000 SF). We have negotiated hundreds of special lease and acquisition requirements, dozens of problem solving consulting assignments and we perform post award on most of our task orders.

Our unique skills and experience create an effective conduit between the private and public sectors. We understand both worlds and find ways to make business and government needs come together to accomplish public sector goals in a variety of business climates.
