Kevin Holloway — Director of Operations
Kevin joins the Carpenter/Robbins team with 20 years of leadership experience that has served multiple industries. He spent over a decade in the retail sector in which he gained invaluable experience in customer service, operations management, people management and much more. Additionally, Kevin has real estate experience including large scale commercial remodel/rehabilitation projects, property management (both residential and commercial), and general market research.
As an experienced operational strategist, Kevin has been a key player in creating unique solutions to complex problems—all while ensuring short-term efficiency isn't sacrificed while planning for long-term stability and success. As a complement to his corporate experience, Kevin received his MBA from Washington State University and continues to apply his learnings in daily practices as a business professional.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has led teams with 2,000+ team members and has spent time on smaller, more intimate teams as well. This experience has allowed him to constantly sharpen his skillset of change management, which helps Kevin see the benefits of the entire picture from a variety of lenses. He is passionate about achieving great results that come with a foundation of integrity and teamwork.
