Mark has over 12 years of specialized experience in federal real estate leasing, project management, and program leadership. Prior to joining Carpenter/Robbins, Mark was with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where he spearheaded several high-impact, nationwide initiatives that modernized and streamlined leasing operations.
His accomplishments include helping to develop and manage the broker contract, GSA's cornerstone vehicle for private sector leasing support services; creating nationwide project management tools, data reports, and performance metrics that drove efficiency and execution; and playing a key role in the centralization and standardization of all lease contract administration functions.
As a Zone Manager, Mark partnered closely with regional project teams across the country, advising on the procurement and execution of complex leased portfolios. Most notably, Mark co-led the largest workforce transformation initiative in GSA Leasing history, overseeing the onboarding of more than 200 highly skilled technical experts and managing $34 million in personnel funding.
In addition to his government real estate expertise, Mark is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania, where he represents clients in residential lease and sales transactions, leveraging his extensive negotiation skills and market knowledge to deliver results.
