Mike is a highly accomplished Project Management Professional with over 22 years of experience specializing in federal and leasing projects. In his most recent role as the Director of the Center for Cost, Schedule, and Project Management Systems within the Office of Project Delivery at the General Services Administration (GSA), Mike provided leadership and oversight for Capital Investment and Lease Projects nationwide. His leadership was instrumental in managing a portfolio of more than $15 billion in federal design and construction projects, directly impacting the GSA's ability to deliver mission-critical facilities across the country.
One of Mike’s standout achievements was his role as Program Manager for the Choice 2.0 U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Pilot within GSA, where he created and implemented innovative project management controls and assurance systems for lease projects nationwide. His efforts significantly enhanced project delivery efficiencies and ensured compliance across GSA’s National Office of Leasing. Mike played a key role in the planning, analysis, and successful execution of high-priority prospectus-level leases, collaborating with regional offices to provide in-depth financial and non-financial project evaluations.
Earlier in his career, Mike excelled in various roles at GSA, including Construction Control Representative, Project Architect, and Project Manager. During this time, he successfully delivered high-priority projects for federal tenants in both leased and owned facilities across GSA’s Region 3, further establishing his reputation as a results-driven leader in the federal real estate sector.
