Tim has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in representing both tenants and landlords in complex transactions.
Tim has been focused for the last fifteen years on representing government clients in their pursuit of new lease and build-to-suit opportunities. Tim has completed lease contracts for more than a dozen VA clinics located across the country and over 100 lease transactions for GSA. Tim has distinguished himself with one of the company’s highest client satisfaction honors. Tim is a graduate of the Building and Owner’s Management Association (BOMA) Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) programs.
