Vicki has twelve years of experience working at a stock brokerage in San Francisco as a Sales Assistant for five stockbrokers and the Vice President of the IPO Department (Initial Public Offerings). After four years, Vicki became a Relationship Manager for the Prime Broker Services Department.
Vicki’s real estate experience began in 2000. On two occasions, she assisted the owners with opening new real estate offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Eventually, Vicki became an independent real estate Transaction Coordinator able to support 100+ real estate agents and closing as many as 22 transactions a month. Vicki quickly became the go-to-person for support in managing real estate transactions while always providing her clients with the highest quality of ethics. Vicki has been a licensed real estate salesperson in California since 2007.
Vicki came to Carpenter/Robbins in June 2018 with extensive experience and knowledge of real estate forms and contracts providing diligent attention to details and expert proofreading skills. As the Contract Administrator for Carpenter/Robbins she is a key component to the team overseeing the details of contracts, daily reports and providing support for our management and support staff teams.
