Prepared an overview of the current housing situation at the 40 Unit SRO and developed a preliminary report offering potential options to replace the facility. Coordinated with several stakeholders include the City staff, San Mateo County, a private entity which contracts with government agencies to provide operational management of residential facilities, and a charity providing support to the residents of the Industrial Hotel.
