Adam Sass — Research Associate
Adam draws on his extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage and information technology to provide an in-depth market analysis and negotiation strategy for each federal project Carpenter/Robbins is involved with. He also compiles and analyzes construction, financial, and real estate data for state-of-the-market presentations to GSA staff and leadership. Prior to joining Carpenter/Robbins Adam worked as a real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on both investment sales and commercial tenant representation. He also served as an Account Executive at the CoStar Group, where he handled sales and training for CoStar's property database and LoopNet listings website.
