Chad Whitney — Transaction Coordinator
Chad has over 23 years of experience in the management and support fields, including real estate, operations, and retail. Chad was a Lead Deal Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator for Redfin, one of the leading technology-powered real estate companies in the country. He oversaw the training and compliance auditing for the listing and transaction coordinators as well as supporting a team of 10 agents and assisted in closing an average of 26 transactions per month.
Previously Chad worked for Galileo Learning, an innovative summer camp for kids. He collaborated in the management, operations, and logistics for over 85 summer camps. He worked with the vendors to provide the supplies, troubleshooted issues, managed inventory, and implemented new processes and procedures as needed. His expertise also includes being a business owner of the Floor Show Inc., a flooring and interiors retailer in North Idaho. Chad managed the day-to-day operations, sales, team members, marketing, and inventory.
Chad started with Carpenter/Robbins in 2023 with extensive knowledge in real estate transaction coordinating, team collaborations and the ability to find new innovated ways to be more proactive. Chad plays a vital role in ensuring that the associates and our clients are being provided the highest level of support.
